Jignesh Patel joined Beacon Mobility as Senior Director of HR Technology in April 2022. Prior to joining Beacon, Jignesh held the Director of Technology position at Life Time, where he led HR and Finance transformation and increased adoption of technology, providing a better employee experience, saving time for employees/managers that ultimately resulted in a better customer experience.

Prior to Life Time, Jignesh worked as a senior analyst at General Mills, leading the effort of rolling out Workday payroll across 30+ counties. Prior to General Mills, Jignesh worked as SAP Consultant for companies such as BNSF Railways and T-Mobile. Jignesh earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially with newborn daughter, Sanvi.
