Jeff joined Beacon Mobility as the Director of Employee & Labor Relations in August 2022. Prior to joining Beacon, Jeff has worked in a variety of Human Resources leadership roles within the transportation industry. Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations from such companies as FedEx, Republic Services, Consolidated Freightways, and Keolis Transit America. Throughout his career, he has maintained a “people first” philosophy and he understands that there is a direct relationship with putting people first and the success of the organization. He is excited to be a part of a team that understands this basic principle. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys family time, anything beach, fitness and nutrition, and grillin’ & chillin.’
