Mathy joined Beacon Mobility as the SVP of Program Management Office Operations in 2021. She brings over thirty years of experience in technology development, large scale deployments and program management from various industries including retail, medical, manufacturing, and transportation. She has worked with organizational leadership teams as a consultant to establish Program Management Offices and set up optimized practices for operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Beacon, she held the VP of Performance Excellence position at National Express where she was instrumental in building and rolling out programs for standardizing Dispatch and Maintenance processes and driving efficiency improvements. Of preeminence to her is building collaborative partnerships to deliver strategic goals.

Away from work, Mathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in a range of fitness and outdoor activities which has increased since her recent move to Florida.
