Anthony ascended to the role of Senior Director of Business Transformation (PMO) at Beacon Mobility in 2022. Previously, he was the Senior Manager of Enterprise Continuous Improvement at Tomo Mortgage. There, Anthony made an indelible mark by designing a state-of-the-art quality assurance program and championing crucial process enhancements, leading to substantial cycle time reductions and enhanced customer service benchmarks.

Before Tomo Mortgage, Anthony worked for Southwest Airlines, operating as Manager for Enterprise Continuous Improvement in Corporate Strategy and Innovation. At Southwest, he pioneered the launch of 15 new stations in 2021, steered continuous improvement tools, and delivered a substantial value through strategic insights and leadership.

Anthony holds a Finance degree from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Organizational Development and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Outside of professional commitments, Anthony cherishes quality time with his family and friends. He also enjoys reading, public speaking, and combat sports.
