Dwain Ehlinger joined Beacon Mobility in February 2023 as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the New England region. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of industries and companies, ranging from small start-ups to Big 4 firms. His broad experience has been invaluable in developing and implementing scalable strategies to support Beacon’s growth and attracting top talent.

Dwain’s role has since expanded to overseeing talent acquisition across each of Beacon’s brands and locations. He collaborates closely with his team to cultivate a people-centered culture while embodying the company’s core values.

Outside of work, Dwain enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, exploring new places, or playing sports. His personal hobbies include ice hockey and racing, passions he still actively pursues.
