Before joining Beacon Mobility in 2025, Kiefer was awarded a scholarship to attend George Washington Law School in Washington, D.C., where he gained firsthand experience with many of the nation’s foremost leaders. He then spent his entire legal career at Scopelitis, practicing alongside some of the country’s top transportation attorneys. Over time, Kiefer developed a deep expertise in the passenger carrier industry, advising clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters.

Outside of work, Kiefer enjoys spending time with family and friends, particularly while watching sports—rooting for the Colts, Pacers, and IU Hoosiers—playing golf, and grilling. He and his wife are excited to welcome their soon-to-be daughter into their family, which also includes their dog, Boomer.
