Erin Cartwright joined Beacon Mobility in September 2025 as Vice President of Total Rewards, where she leads the company’s compensation, benefits, wellness, and retirement programs. She is focused on building a total rewards function that supports sustainable business growth while delivering a thoughtful, engaging experience for employees.
Erin brings nearly 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Her career has spanned organizations including Cameron, SLB, Wood, and Genesis Energy, where she developed and led reward strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.
At Beacon, Erin is passionate about creating programs that strike the right balance between financial discipline and employee value. She is known for simplifying complexity, strengthening employee education and engagement, and using both technology and communication to enhance how benefits are delivered and understood. With a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach, Erin partners closely with operations and functional leaders to develop programs that work in the real world—not just on paper.
She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to total rewards and enjoys finding creative, balanced solutions that support both employees and the long-term stability of the business.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys tackling DIY home projects, fostering dogs through local rescue organizations, traveling with her partner, and hosting themed gatherings with friends.
