Jose Sanchez‑Hernandez is the IT Director of Product & Platform Strategy at Beacon Mobility, where he has been part of the organization since 2017. He leads the development of Beacon Connect, guiding teams of business analysts and product professionals focused on building technology that enhances the rider experience and delivers meaningful value to operators.

Jose brings a strong operational foundation to his work, having managed and operated a school bus terminal at STS, supported transportation technology as a Technology Support Manager at DS Bus Lines, and earlier in his career served as a fleet supervisor in the U.S. Army. This hands‑on experience allows him to translate real‑world operational needs into practical, people‑focused technology solutions.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys fishing and kayaking and spending time building LEGO projects with his son.
