Aleks is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Beacon Mobility and Midwest Bus Sales, where she partners across teams to drive organizational alignment, accelerate execution, and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

Prior to joining Beacon, Aleks held leadership roles across transportation, technology, and business operations, including Uber Freight, Evanta (a Gartner company), and Enterprise Holdings. Throughout her career, she has focused on solving complex business challenges, building scalable systems, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

At Beacon and MBS, Aleks focuses on organizational design, strategic planning, and operating system development, helping teams connect long-term objectives to measurable outcomes. She is passionate about systems thinking, organizational design, and continuous improvement. She is dedicated to helping teams work more effectively together while fostering collaboration, ownership, and a culture of execution.

Outside of work, Aleks enjoys building community, exploring emerging technologies, traveling, spending time with her family and her dog Harlow, and contributing to initiatives that support innovation and professional growth in the Chicago technology ecosystem.
