Dave joined Easton Coach Company in 2010 as the company’s Vice President of Operations, eventually stepping into the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role he oversaw all ECC’s Operations, Safety and Maintenance functions. Dave has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, and is well versed in fixed route, paratransit, international airport shuttle, broker transportation systems and fleet maintenance solutions.

In 2023, Dave transitioned from his role as COO of Easton Coach Company to the Senior Vice President of Operations for Beacon Mobility’s Mid-Atlantic region, where he will have full P&L responsibility for Tri County Transportation, Health Ride Plus, Palmeri Transportation and Easton Coach Company.

Dave is an avid equestrian and lover of all animals. Although he lives in New Jersey, he grew up in Massachusetts and is a die-hard Boston sports fan.
