Jaime Logrono joined Beacon Mobility in March 2024 as Manager of Operational Administration. Utilizing his data analysis, project management and design talents, Jaime quickly became a catalyst for change within the company, playing key roles in spearheading large-scale efficiency initiatives.

As a leader on the People Team, Jaime ensures that Beacon Mobility’s diverse brands, regions and locations are aligned and fully supported with analytical insights and retention strategies. His efforts have contributed to the creation of new operational reporting tools, The Wheelhouse culture group, Beacon Bistros and historic lows in employee turnover >90.

As our new Director of Employee Experience, Jaime brings an analytical mindset to the role, connecting the dots between establishing critical employee connections and positive financial performance. Under Jaime’s leadership, Beacon Mobility has adopted new quantitative methods for measuring employee satisfaction that will allow us all to reach new levels of turnover efficiency,

Outside of work, Jaime is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, passionate about creating his own board games, author of a graphic novel series and fun uncle to 9 nieces & nephews.
