Jim joined Beacon Mobility in 2022 and currently serves as IT Director – Data & Integrations. He brings over 15 years of experience spanning software development, solutions architecture, enterprise integrations, and data strategy. In his role, Jim leads integration architecture, data platforms, and source‑of‑truth governance across Beacon’s growing technology ecosystem, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to enable reliable, scalable, and connected experiences.

Prior to Beacon, Jim served as a Principal Software Engineer where he led software development teams and owned end‑to‑end solutions architecture for complex, business‑critical platforms. Throughout his career, he has designed modern integration frameworks, data pipelines, and analytics solutions across finance, operations, safety, and HR domains. Jim is known for translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable strategies that support better decision‑making while maintaining a strong focus on operational impact and people.

Jim is passionate about using technology to remove friction, empower teams, and allow people to focus on what matters most — delivering safe, reliable transportation and meaningful experiences for riders and communities.

When not working, Jim enjoys hiking, gaming, traveling, building electronics, and spending time with his family.
