Kim joined Beacon Mobility in April 2021 as the Director of Commercial Support, where she serves as a strategic advisor to the commercial organization, supporting proposals, tradeshows, and integrated marketing materials that elevate and promote Beacon’s family of brands. In this role, Kim brings structure, clarity, and consistency to how Beacon tells its story—helping teams translate complex operations and services into clear, compelling value for customers and partners.

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing and proposal management, Kim has led high-impact proposal and content strategies across a diverse range of industries, including professional services consulting, highly technical manufacturing environments (locomotive design and industrial conveyor systems), and multiple school transportation organizations. Her background enables her to blend strategic messaging, disciplined process, and practical execution—particularly in high stakes, deadline-driven pursuits.

Kim holds an A.S. in Accounting from Danville Area Community College, a B.S. in Marketing from Illinois State University, and an MBA in Management and Finance from North Central College.

Outside of work, Kim is closely involved in her sons’ academic and sports pursuits and is an avid Chicago Cubs fan. She enjoys traveling and expressing her creativity through interior decorating, gardening, and photography—often capturing moments both on and off the field.
