Lauren joined Beacon Mobility in January 2021 as a Director of Human Resources for the New England region. Her background in the hospitality industry helped her approach her role in the transportation industry with a customer service mindset. Her career in the restaurant industry spanned different roles in operations, talent acquisition, talent development, training, and general human resources. She has been part of small start-ups and larger corporations including The Cheesecake Factory, Bertucci’s Restaurant Corporation, Flik Hospitality and Delaware North.

Lauren’s career has grown with Beacon Mobility from the New England region supporting 4,500 employees, to Director of Human Resources across all Beacon companies. In her current role, her people-first philosophy helps guide decisions and initiatives across the Beacon platform. She is devoted to developing an impactful, effective, passionate HR team, who lead through the lens of the core company values. Especially her favorite value, “We Have Fun”!

In her personal time, Lauren loves to travel, explore, and try new things. Next on her list is Portugal and learning golf. She enjoys spending time with her children Justin and Sonya, and her adorable yellow lab, Daisy. She also enjoys many adventures and laughs with her close group of friends.
