Nicole brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Allstate Insurance Company, where she specialized in talent management, learning and development, and communications. She also contributed to W.W. Grainger’s customer service center organization, where she led nationwide learning and development initiatives, transforming the employee experience across the U.S. and Canada.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Adult Education from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Her leadership style is fueled by a passion for fostering growth and excellence within organizations.
When Nicole isn’t driving positive change in the workplace, she enjoys planning events and spending quality time with her husband and their children.
