Ron recently joined Beacon with over 11 years of transportation experience, both in operations and safety, with oversight to locations across the U.S. and Canada.  Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of Safety for National Express, where he worked with the operational leadership teams to build sustainable safety programs while providing direct safety support, improving overall safety performance across the company.

Prior to serving as Senior Director of Safety, Ron served as Vice President of Safety for the School Bus division, Vice President of Operations, Region Manager, and began his transportation career as a General Manager, along with over 23 years in the retail sector holding various operational roles within large and medium size big box stores.  He has been able to leverage his operational experience, both in transportation and retail, to help operationalize safety through adoption and integration into the culture of the organization.

In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and occasionally adventuring through the skies in a Cessna.
