Ryan King joined Beacon Mobility in 2022 after more than 20 years in education. He began his time with Beacon in operations support across the New England region before moving into an operational role at ADROIT. 

Ryan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations Support, where he leads initiatives to strengthen operational success, consistency, and scalability across Beacon’s network. He focuses on advancing continuous improvement, enabling consistent operations, and equipping local teams with the tools and data they need to deliver safe, reliable service. At its core, he believes the role of operations support is simple: to make it easier for teams to do great work every day.

Ryan has experience supporting multi-state operations and focuses on aligning strategy with execution through practical, data-driven approaches. He is committed to developing leaders, building strong teams, and delivering results that support Beacon’s operating companies and the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid underwater photographer with a passion for locating and documenting shipwrecks. When not on, or under, the water, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their dogs and horses.
