Prior to joining Beacon Mobility, Tarik spent several years in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, with past roles at Meritor and Boston Consulting Group. His projects have focused on commercial and off-highway vehicle electrification strategy, new market entry, operations improvement, and digital transformation.

Originally an engineer, Tarik began his career in the aerospace industry, serving customers like General Electric, Rolls Royce, and Boeing in various engineering, program management, and business development roles. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.

In his personal life, Tarik enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, cheering on his favorite hometown sports teams, the New England Patriots and Boston Bruins, along with woodworking, gardening and taking on overly ambitious home improvement projects.
