For short-term disability, it's 100% employee-paid, providing a 60% weekly benefit, up to a maximum of $3,000, with a 30-day elimination period and a maximum duration of 26 weeks. There are also maternity options tailored to delivery. New York employees benefit from automated claim processing and paid family leave adjudication. On the long-term disability side, it's again 100% employee-paid, delivering a 60% monthly benefit, capped at $10,000, with a 180-day elimination period.
