HR and Payroll is getting easier...coming March 20

Workday is a new HR program that will allow you to access your paychecks and personal information easily and quickly from any device. You can request time off, check your PTO balance, and change your contact information all from one place.

Workday offers a host of benefits over our current system, including integrated HR and Payroll functions, which will cut down on manual payroll processing, reduce paycheck inaccuracies, and give you the ability to make routine HR requests and changes yourself.

We’ll start using Workday on Monday, March 20, 2023. You’ll be able to log in a week early, on March 13, to set up your account.

You will need to take a few moments to familiarize yourself with Workday and the new features it offers,  including online training courses (see below), viewing payroll details, job postings, and benefits selection. You will find the new system very intuitive and easy to use.

Starting on March 20, you will use Workday to access your personal info and request time off.

For now, you will continue to clock in through dispatch as usual. Eventually we will have a new way for you to clock in on your own – more to come on that.

No. Nothing will change with the timing of your paychecks.

To be able to access or change your personal information, you will need to log in and set up an account. The link to log in will be available Monday, March 13. You can access Workday both on a computer and on a smartphone.

For now, drivers and monitors will continue to clock in through dispatch as usual.

Teams that currently log in through Paycom will begin logging in on Workday beginning on March 20.

You can access or make changes to your personal information and punch in through the Workday app on your smartphone or on your computers.

We will let you know when training is available, and we will have resources available to help you get set up and navigate the new system. We will make sure you have the tools you need to be comfortable using Workday.
