HR and Payroll is getting easier...coming April 23

Workday is an HR Program that will allow you to manage your personal information and your teams from a central, user-friendly dashboard.

Workday will integrate Payroll and HR, greatly reducing manual work and increasing paycheck accuracy. Workday will also provide insight into the recruiting process, ensuring no candidates slip through the cracks, and it will allow you to access tools that help you manage and motivate your teams.

Workday, which will replace Quickbooks, offers a host of benefits over our current system, including integrated HR and Payroll functions, which will cut down on manual payroll processing, reduce paycheck inaccuracies, and give you the ability to make routine HR requests and changes yourself.

We’ll start using Workday on Sunday, April 23, 2023. You’ll be able to log in a week early, on April 17, to set up your account.

No. Nothing will change with the timing of paychecks.

You will need to take a few moments to familiarize yourself with Workday and the new features it offers,  including online training courses (see below), viewing payroll details, job postings, and benefits selection. You will find the new system very intuitive and easy to use.

You will also begin managing your team’s time off through Workday.

To be able to access or change your personal information, you will need to log in and set up an account. The link to log in will be available Monday, April 17. You can access Workday both on a computer and on a smartphone.

You can access or make changes to your personal information and punch in through the Workday app on your smartphone or on your computers.

We will let you know when training is available, and we will have resources available to help you get set up and navigate the new system. We will make sure you have the tools you need to be comfortable using Workday.
