Workday is a new HR experience tool that will allow you to access your paychecks and personal information easily and quickly from any device. You can request time off, check your PTO balance, and change your contact information all in one place.
You will also clock in and out through Workday, which will communicate your hours directly with payroll for seamless and accurate payroll processing.
Workday, which will replace CBIZ, offers a host of benefits over our current system, including a more user-friendly experience for requesting time off, and viewing or changing your personal or paycheck information.
We’ll start using Workday on July 3, 2022. You can download the app and set up your account beginning on Monday June 27.
Drivers will clock in and out on Workday in addition to using your Ranger. You will continue to use your Ranger to document your lunch.
Multiple tablets will be made available at each check-in to ensure everyone can clock-in as soon as they arrive at work. For support staff, those same tablets will replace your current timeclock.
You can use your smartphone or computer to log in to Workday to change your personal information or request time off.
To be able to clock in and out, and to access or change your personal information, you will need to log in and set up an account.Â
You can access Workday both on your computer or on a smartphone. If you don’t have a computer or a smartphone, you can use one of the tablets or computer kiosks at work.Â
Before we go live with Workday, we will provide plenty of resources and opportunities to learn the new system. We will have videos, webinars, and live trainings available to ensure you feel comfortable using the new system.

With Workday, you will use kiosks (computers or tablets) located at your site. You will need to log in with your credentials, then clock in.
There will be a slight change in the timing of your paychecks as we transition from a Wednesday to a Friday payday. To make the transition, you will notice the week of July 3 your paychecks will be split and paid on both Wednesday and Friday, and then biweekly on Fridays after that.Â
We assure you that every minute you worked during that pay period will be accounted for and no hours will be missed during the transition. We have an entire team dedicated to ensuring that the pay for this transition period is correct.Â
You can access or make changes to your personal information through the Workday app on your smartphone, but it you don’t have a smartphone, no problem! You can use the kiosks at each location to access and change your personal information.Â
We will let you know when training is available, and we will have resources available to help you get set up and navigate the new system. We will make sure you have the tools you need to be comfortable using Workday.
