Workday is an automated HR Experience tool that will allow you to manage your teams from a central, user-friendly dashboard. It will integrate Payroll and HR, greatly reducing manual work and increasing paycheck accuracy.
Workday will also provide insight into the recruiting process, ensuring no candidates slip through the cracks, and it will allow you to access tools that help you manage and motivate your teams.
Workday, which will replace CBIZ, offers a host of benefits over our current system, including integrated HR and Payroll functions, which will cut down on manual payroll processing, reduce paycheck inaccuracies, and allow you to manage your teams much more efficiently.
We’ll start using Workday on July 3, 2022. The link to sign up will be available on Monday, June 27.
You will need to train on how to use the dashboard and new Workday processes. However, you will find the new system very intuitive and easy to use, and the added features will make managing and retrieving data much faster and easier than in the past.
Your team can clock in and out with Workday, and access or update their own personal information themselves, from a computer, tablet, or phone.
Much of the transactional and manual tasks you do will be automated, allowing your more time to focus on your teams.
There will be a slight change in the timing of your paychecks, as well. You will still be paid biweekly, but you will get your paychecks on Fridays instead of Wednesdays. The week of July 3 your paychecks will be split and paid on both Wednesday and Friday, and then biweekly on Fridays after that.
