Workday is an automated HR Experience tool that will allow you to manage your teams and your personal information from a central, user-friendly dashboard. It will integrate Payroll and HR, greatly reducing manual work and increasing paycheck accuracy. Workday will also provide insight into the recruiting process, ensuring no candidates slip through the cracks, and it will allow you to access tools that help you manage and motivate your teams.
Workday, which will replace ADP, offers a host of benefits over our current system, including integrated HR and Payroll functions, which will cut down on manual payroll processing, reduce paycheck inaccuracies, and give you the ability to make routine HR requests and changes yourself.
We’ll start using Workday on Sunday, December 25, 2022. You’ll be able to log in a week early, on December 18, to set up your account.
You will need to train on how to use the dashboard and new Workday processes. However, you will find the new system very intuitive and easy to use, and the added features will make managing and retrieving data much faster and easier than in the past.

To be able to access or change your personal information, you will need to log in on a computer, tablet, or smartphone to set up an account. The link to log in will be available Sunday, December 18, so you can log in a week before we go live. You can access your Workday account on your smartphone or your computer.
Before we go live with Workday, we will provide plenty of resources and opportunities to learn the new system. We will have videos, webinars, and live trainings available to ensure you feel comfortable using the Workday.
Time off requests are submitted by your team through Workday for your approval. Requests with less than 72 hours lead time cannot be requested through Workday; those requests will have to be requested in person.
You have the discretion to approve or deny requests, or set up black-out periods. You will have full control over managing your team’s time off.
You can access or make changes to your personal information through the Workday app on your smartphone, computer, or tablet, but if you don’t have a smartphone, no problem! You can use a designated kiosk, tablet, or computer at your location to access and change your personal information.
An online tool on the app or website that automatically directs you to the section you are seeking based on a question you submit. Workday Assistant can give you a link or the exact information you want, like your PTO balance. Think of it like an Alexa or Siri for Workday.
We will let you know when training is available, and we will have resources available to help you get set up and navigate the new system. We will provide numerous opportunities for you to train on the new system to ensure you feel completely comfortable with Workday by the time we cutover in December.
